holidays in the kitchen

why is it that the holiday season is so stressful when it does not have to be. we have several generations in the kitchen.which we all know you normally cant fit everyone that want to cook in the kitchen @ once, but everyone wants to be cooking their special  dish @ the same time which involves a lot of yelling. so everybody else try's to stay out of the kitchen.ttly
